I’m leaving today beloved
I’m so sorry to have to go.
Know though
You’ll remain
Close to my heart
While I’m away,
In my thoughts,
My hopes,
My wishes,
Ever dear to me.

Wait for me beloved,
Wait patiently
For my return.
I trust you will
I know you will
You hold
All my hopes and dreams.

I’ll be back,
We’ll be together
I’ll walk along the sands
Of time with you
For every more,
Never wanting
Or needing 
To leave again.

That time is coming
Very soon
I feel it in my bones.
Until then we’ll be apart
In each other’s hearts,
But things will change
Before too long
We must be strong
And trust in this
Perfect time
Is aligning
Our futures will coincide
And then 
Together
We will ride the waves
Of time,
To eternity.
